Abstract The papers of Gertrude Olson (Sullivan) are comprised entirely of letters received in 1918 and 1919. The majority of these letters are from male friends then at camps around the country, including her future husband, though some are from the battle lines in France. In addition to outstanding depictions of camp living, there are some excellent documentations of daily life.

Dan and Zoe McGrew (3 leaves) concerning the Hill Farm, its buildings, the house, a dam built by Walter Hill and altered by Maurice Florance, the farm after the Florance family purchased it, and Dan's purchase in 1948. Also includes typed copies of newspaper clippings about the sale of the Hill Farm, McGrew's own farm being sold to his hired man, Steve Boychuk, and the McGrew's 25th wedding anniversary.

H. Norman Harrison Collection Papers

Abstract Photocopies of letters written to and from Mr. and Mrs. H. Norman Harrison, beginning with a letter to his son in May 1904 from Pembina before his family had arrived to serve the local Episcopal parish. He apparently quickly contracts a disease that causes him to live in Iowa and later Denver where he died in Sept. 1906. His family remained at Pembina for some time but moved to Denver before his death.
